Born in a Kitchen,

Saffron Table began as a dream scribbled on a paper napkin in 2012 by Chef Arjun Khanna after a decade of training in Paris and Mumbai. We believe every meal is a memory waiting to happen — and we create each one with obsessive care for ingredient, technique, and warmth.

Our menus change with the seasons, our spices come from small farms, and our kitchen is always open — literally. Come watch us cook.

Chef Arjun Khanna trained under Alain Ducasse in Paris before returning to India with a mission — to give Indian cuisine the reverence it deserves on the world stage. His food is autobiographical: every dish recalls a memory, a place, a person.

"I want you to taste my grandmother's kitchen in every bite. That is my only ambition," he says.
